Services Application - Step 1
Note: Legacy uses UC-Davis Veterinary Genetic Laboratory for their genotype database and genetic testing.

| 1. | Complete the online Services Application form and print a copy of the confirmation page for your records. |
| 2. | Pay the testing fees by sending a check to Legacy or using PayPal. Send check to: Legacy PO Box 3060 Frederick, MD 21705-3060 Send PayPal payment to: . If you prefer to be invoiced for PayPal payment, provide your PayPal info in the Special Instructions box in the final step of this form and you will be invoiced after samples have been submitted for testing. |

| B. If you wish Legacy to submit samples: Collect samples, place in envelope with name, registration number, and tattoo information on the outside of envelope and mail samples to: Legacy Dexter Cattle Registry PO Box 3060 Frederick, MD 21705-3060 | |
| 5. | Once sample arrives at VGL the test takes 3-5 days depending on the quality of the sample, 7-10 days for parentage confirmation depending on analysis required. Test results are emailed in PDF format. |
